Dragon Boat Festival

Today a friend and I went to the Dragon Boat Festival held at Sloan's Lake.  The festival is a celebration of Asian culture, art, food, and of course fashion. There were djs, dance performances,and places to shop for little trinkets.We parked for $5 at Invesco Field at Mile High, and then took the free shuttle over. There was a great turnout, but the heat, quite frankly-did me in. I thought I would pass out. It was even HUMID (for Colorado)! That being said, if you're in Denver next year at this time of year-please check it out.
